What is FindOja?
A search service for independent businesses that sell on OlaOrder. Search for what you need, compare businesses, then visit the one you choose. It is free to use and you do not need an account.
Can I order on FindOja?
No. FindOja never takes orders or payments. Visit Storefront opens the business’s own OlaOrder storefront, where you order and pay. Questions about an order go to the business first.
Why can’t I find a business I know?
Businesses choose whether to be listed. One appears only after it has joined FindOja, its storefront is published and it has at least one active product or service. If you know the owner, point them to List your business.
Are prices and availability up to date?
FindOja shows what each business has published, and changes can take a short while to appear. Always confirm the price and availability on the storefront before you order.
How are results ordered?
By how well a business matches your search, then by reviews. A business’s plan, payments or promotion never change where it appears.
Where do my saved businesses go?
Saved and recently viewed businesses are kept on this device, in your browser. FindOja does not store them or link them to you, so clearing your browser data removes them and they do not follow you to another device. Details are in the privacy notice.
For businesses
How do I list my business?
Open List your business, sign in with your OlaOrder login, choose a business you own and select Join FindOja. It can take about a minute to appear.
Does it cost anything?
No. Listing is free, and there is no way to pay for a better position.
What does FindOja show about my business?
The details and active offerings you publish on OlaOrder: name, logo, tagline, about text, areas served, prices, photos, ratings and verification. Never your phone, email, WhatsApp or address.
Why isn’t my business showing?
Open List your business and check the status beside it.
- Joined, not visible yet. Publish your storefront and keep at least one active product or service in OlaOrder.
- Joined, not shown. FindOja is not showing it right now. Write to support@afolaola.com and we will explain.
- Not listed. Select Join FindOja.
How do I change what customers see?
Edit it on OlaOrder. FindOja copies from your storefront, so the update follows within a short while. Your OlaOrder shop is never changed by anything you do on FindOja.
How do I leave?
Open List your business, sign in and select Leave FindOja. You stop appearing within about a minute, and you can join again later.
Report a listing
Spotted a wrong price, a business that has closed, or something misleading or unsafe? Tell us which business and what is wrong. We may hide a listing while we look into it.
You can also use Report this listing at the bottom of any business page, which fills in the business for you. Problems with an order or a payment are between you and the business, so contact them first.
